Recently received a request to assist with the automation of Board Evaluation reports for a Company Secretarial Team.

Background

On a normal day board evaluation reports were generated by the Company Secretarial Team using a word template that was amended for each Corporate Client. Company Secretarial Team asked if there was a better way of generating and sharing reports.

Solution

We used Afterpattern from Netdocuments to create a Smart App that the Company Secretarial Team now use to generate the report. We also set them up with VDRPro from SS&C Intralinks for secure sharing of the eports generated with the end users. Here is how we did it.
